The sales pending activity of detached homes for single families in Dublin had an increase for the 2 consecutive months. April 2011 had reached the highest rate of activity since April of 2010. It had 45 sales pending which matches the same number of April last year. This rate is higher by 25% (9 properties) from March’s 2011. There was also a considerable increase in the inventory, higher than last year’s inventory. There were a total of 80 homes listed by the end of April, in comparison to 72 from last month and 55 from last year. Pending sales activity decreased from 2.0 in March to 1.8 months in April.
